  • DELIVERY TIMES

If we fall in love with a product and decide to buy it, we would like it to materialize instantly in our home.
We are not yet able to do this, but we assure you that all the items in stock will be delivered to you throughout Italy within 4 working days from the order confirmation (with the exception of the items from the "Comfort zone - The technicians" collection, which require 8 working days for delivery).

We also ship to Europe, in 8 working days from the order confirmation.


It is important to know that delivery times are calculated considering business days only, thus excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

 

 

  • SHIPPING COSTS & DELIVERY METHODS

Shipping to Italy: the cost of shipping to Italy, including the islands, is € 5,90.

Shipping to Europe: for purchases of less than 350 euros the cost of shipping to Europe is 30 euros, pFor purchases of 350 euros or more, shipping is 15 euros.


When the order is shipped you will receive an email with all the details relating to your order and with the tracking number to monitor the progress of the delivery.
Delivery takes place without notice, so we recommend that you indicate an address where someone is always present for collection (eg the concierge of your building, your office, etc.).
In case of absence, the courier leaves a notice of passage: if you do not contact the courier at the telephone number indicated on the notice, the courier will usually make a new delivery attempt after 2-3 working days. If this attempt is also unsuccessful, you will be contacted by us.

 

RETURNS

We know how important it is to find the perfect linen combination for your bedroom and for this reason, in case you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are happy to offer you free returns on all our products within 15 days of date of receipt of the shipment relating to your order.

The return procedure is quick and easy:

- Write an email to info @suite2603 indicating the order number, the item to be returned and a brief reason for the return that will help us improve our products and services, and learn more about your preferences.

- You will not have to take care of the shipment: we will send you an email to organize the collection of the package from the comfort of your home, at our expense, on the day and time slot you indicate to us. Just make sure that the product you return to us has not been washed or used and is stored in its unopened original packaging.

- Once received and verified, we will take care of the refund, which will be notified to you by email. The full amount of the returned goods will be credited back to your credit card, paypal account or bank account, depending on the payment method selected during the purchase.
